Shipping and Return Policy for CAPRI Soaps
Shipping Policy:
- Delivery Charges are Rs. 250.
- In case of product unavailability, Capri team will inform the customer accordingly.
- An order will processed within 2 days on weekdays.
- Any opened product shall not be returned.
- Orders will reach customers within 3-5 business days.

- Capri team has the discretion to cancel any order.
- Online orders will only be exchanged through the ecommerce channel and not physically at any store. Please refer to our exchange and return policy.
- Gifts with purchase cannot be claimed on the same address more than once.
Replacement and Exchange Policy
Exchange/Replacement Policy
- Product will be exchanged within 7 days of purchase incase of any damage; used products may not be replaced.
- Original receipt must be attached.
- Product must be in original packing.
- If customer has received what they ordered, delivery charges will be borne by customer.
- Products purchased online can only be exchanged online.
- Product must be evaluated by the QA team before making an exchange.
- The time period for an exchange request can be 5 – 7 business days.
- In-case of stock out, customer has to wait till the arrival of the stock, and upon agreement we can provide online store credit.
- We reserve the right to reject the exchange or return requests based on the conditions.
Claims
We are here to facilitate our customers and offer claims on the following conditions:
- No claims of exchange/replacement of products bought on the website will be catered at any physical store having Capri products in any city.
- A claim has to be made after three days of the product reaching the customer.
- Products purchased from Retail stores will not be entertained at our online store in either way (Exchange or Replacement).
- Customer has to send the order back to Capri for the evaluation bearing delivery charges.
- No claims will be accepted on products that have been previously replaced or exchanged.
- If a product is damaged by the consumer it will not be exchange or replaced.
- Any product that comes back without receipt will not be catered to if an exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers will not be entertained.
- Items purchased on sale or other promotions are not eligible for replacement & exchange, unless you have received damaged goods.
- Lead time for the claim decision shall be 7 working days.
- In-case of legitimate claim, online store credit will be provided.
Online Store Credit
Online store credit will be provided in the below mentioned scenarios:
- In case of a legitimate claim.
- In case of exchange, if the required product is stocked out.
- If the customer paid online and has not received the parcel.
- If the customer has paid online but refuses to accept the product upon delivery and has requested a refund of the amount
